Bach wrote 48 Preludes and Fugues in his two books of "The Well-Tempered Clavier". They are among the most important works in the history of western classical music. This prelude, in particular, is the best-known of them and had entered popular culture through the hands of Gounod in his Ave Maria setting.

The original piece consists of a fugue followed by prelude, here I only played the prelude section as I just started to practice the fugue. I think it will take me a while to be able to play it.

I had associated different colors with different pieces. For Bach, I had no doubt that white is the best color for him :)
